Your Pole Journey Map

🌱 Foundations (Level 1 – Static & Spin Basics)
Build with: Confidence, control, and clean technique. This beginner-friendly class is where your pole journey begins. You’ll learn essential grips, spins, and transitions on both static and spin pole, while building strength, fluidity, and trust in your body. Perfect for first-timers and those looking to solidify their fundamentals in a supportive, affirming space.


🔥 Fundamentals (Level 1.5 – Inverts, Climbs, Upright Tricks)
Express with: Strength, grace, and fearless curiosity. This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate, focusing on foundational climbs, upright tricks, and safe, controlled inversions. You’ll learn to connect movement with intention, refining technique while beginning to explore your personal style on the pole.


Flow (All Levels – Floor Flow, Heels Flow, Spin Combos)
Expand into: Fluidity, presence, and unapologetic self-expression. This class is your playground to soften, stretch, and explore movement pathways on and around the pole. You’ll work through sensual floorwork, seamless spin transitions, and choreography-driven combos — with or without heels. All bodies and experience levels welcome.


🌿 Ascend (Level 2 – Intermediate Spins & Sequences)

Rise with: Strength, fluid control, and artistic intention. In this intermediate-level class, you'll elevate your skills with dynamic spins, transitional sequences, and elevated shapes. Expect to build endurance, refine your technique, and weave together movements that challenge both your body and creative expression.

WHAT TO BRING + WEAR

  • Bring: Water, towel, open heart.

  • Wear: Shorts for grip, layers for warm-up.

  • Heels optional.

  • Heels Classes: Knee pads + boots recommended.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • Doors lock 5 minutes after class starts for safety and flow

  • Missed or late-canceled classes incur a $29 penalty

  • Wipe down poles + mats

  • Respect everyone’s pace and space
