Overview

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Erotic Pole Dance Instructor to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the art of sensual and seductive pole dancing. Your classes will incorporate spinning poles, floorwork, and chair dancing, erotic pole, (Heels and Twerk experience a plus) to create a safe and inclusive environment where students can explore their sensuality and build confidence while improving their pole dancing skills.

Responsibilities:

Teach Erotic Pole Dance Classes: Plan and conduct engaging and empowering pole dance classes that focus on sensual movement, fluidity, and seductive choreography.
Demonstrate Techniques: Showcase proper pole dance techniques, transitions, and floorwork to highlight the exciting elements of pole dancing.
Provide Instruction and Feedback: Offer clear and constructive instruction, providing feedback on technique, posture, and overall performance to help students improve.
Choreograph Routines: Create unique and captivating pole dance routines that incorporate sensual movements, transitions, and floorwork.
Ensure Safety: Prioritize student safety by enforcing proper warm-up and cool-down routines, teaching correct body alignment, and monitoring movements to prevent injuries.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel comfortable exploring their sensuality and expressing themselves through pole dancing.
Provide Modifications and Adaptations: Offer modifications and adaptations for students with different skill levels, body types, and physical abilities.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends, techniques, and styles in erotic pole dancing to enhance your teaching skills.
Maintain Equipment and Studio: Ensure the pole dance studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
Attend Staff Meetings and Trainings: Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to stay informed and improve teaching practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in Pole Dancing: Strong background in pole dancing with expertise in sensual and erotic techniques, transitions, and floorwork.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a pole dance instructor or in a similar teaching role is preferred.
Passion for Sensuality and Empowerment: Genuine passion for sensuality, self-expression, and empowering others through pole dancing.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and provide feedback to students.
Safety Consciousness: Good understanding of warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention techniques related to pole dancing.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods and routines to accommodate students with different skill levels and physical abilities.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with students and colleagues.
Physical Fitness: Maintain a good level of physical fitness to demonstrate and perform pole dance movements effectively.
Certification: Relevant certifications in pole dancing or fitness instruction are a plus.
