You must cancel classes and sauna sessions 6 hours in advance to avoid $29 penalty/forfeiture per occurrence. NOTE: WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

Your class credit will be returned to your account for future use if you cancel or reschedule before 6 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within 6 hours before class starts, you will lose the class credit.

With Monthly Memberships and class packs, there will be an automatic fee for each instance of late cancellations or missing lessons fee ($29). Effective immediately.

Classes will be canceled if there are less than 4 participants
