EVOLVE SANCTUARY -STUDIO POLICIES & TERMS
These policies apply to all services, memberships, packages, events, and retail purchases at Evolve Sanctuary.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All memberships, packages, classes, private lessons, parties, sauna services, and retail purchases are non-refundable and non-proratable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. UNLIMITED & TIME-BASED MEMBERSHIPS
Unlimited and time-based memberships provide access to services, not guaranteed daily use and not a per-visit value. Unused time, missed visits, scheduling preferences, travel, illness, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions.
3. TEMPORARY CLOSURES
The studio may close periodically for holidays, maintenance, special events, or circumstances beyond our control.
WHEN THIS OCCURS:

Memberships and time-based packages will be extended accordingly

Refunds or partial refunds are not issued for temporary closures
4. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Memberships may be frozen up to three (3) times per calendar year, for a combined maximum of two (2) months total.
FREEZE RULES:
-
Freeze requests must be submitted before the next billing date
-
Freezes cannot be applied retroactively
-
During a freeze, billing and access are paused
-
Classes, sauna sessions, bookings, credits, and member benefits may not be used during a freeze
-
Memberships automatically reactivate at the end of the approved freeze period
-
Freeze periods may not be used consecutively
-
Unused freeze time does not roll over
-
Freeze approval is subject to studio discretion.
5. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations stop future billing only.

Access continues through the end of the current billing period or package
-
Access ends after that date unless the account is reactivated
-
Previously purchased memberships, packages, or credits remain non-refundable
6. CREDITS & EXPIRATION
-
Class credits and packages are valid only for the period stated at purchase.

Credits expire according to their package terms
-
Expired credits are forfeited
-
An active account is required to book classes or use credits
7. CREDITS & EXPIRATION
-
Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the class or credit
-
Schedule changes or instructor substitutions do not qualify for refunds or credits
8. ARRIVAL CUTOFF (10 MINUTES)
-
For safety, class flow, and instructor consistency, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes after class start time may be denied entry.

Late arrivals are considered a used class
-
No refunds or credits will be issued
-
This policy applies to all classes, private sessions, and events
9. CLASS CAPACITY & ENTRY AUTHORITY

Class capacity is limited. Booking a class does not guarantee entry if arrival deadlines are missed or studio policies are not followed.

The studio reserves the right to manage class entry to maintain safety, experience quality, and instructor flow.
10. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND MEMERSHIP USE
-
Account holders are responsible for all activity on their account, including bookings made by others using their login.

Memberships and packages are for individual use only and may not be shared.
11. RETAIL PURCHASES
-
All retail items are final sale, with the following exceptions:
CLOTHING & SHOES:
-
Exchange only within 7 days of purchase, unworn, with original receipt
GRIP PRODUCTS:
-
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
X-POLE & POLE EQUIPMENT:
-
Exchange only if unused and in original packaging
NO REFUNDS:
-
Exchange only if unused and in original packaging
12. LOST & FOUND
-
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
-
Unclaimed personal items are donated after 7 days.
13. HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
-
Participation in classes and services is voluntary. Clients assume responsibility for their physical readiness, health conditions, and limitations.

Medical reasons or injuries do not qualify for refunds. Members may request a freeze in accordance with the freeze policy.
14. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
-
Individual results vary. Participation in classes, sauna services, programs, or workshops does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to fitness gains, flexibility, strength, weight loss, pain relief, or wellness improvements.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
-
Services may be interrupted due to events beyond the studio’s control, including but not limited to building issues, power outages, weather events, city or government orders, or emergencies.
IN SUCH CASES:

Memberships or packages may be extended

Refunds will not be issued
16. CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
-
The studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct. No refunds will be issued.
17. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
-
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Disputed memberships, packages, or services are not reinstated.
18. POLICY INTERPRETATION & UPDATES
-
The studio reserves the right to interpret and enforce these policies at its discretion.

Policies may be updated at any time. The most current version applies to all active accounts and future bookings.
19. AGREEMENT
-
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
