You may be wondering what to expect if you are new to our studio. Don't worry, we've got this.
WHAT TO WEAR
You'll want to wear form fitting clothes e.g. dress sexy comfy, think sexy yoga/pilates gear and shorts. Don't wear any moisturizers (lotions/oils) Dance in your socks or buy stilettos ($55) at the studio
WHAT TO BRING
If you own a Yoga Mat bring it or purchase ($28) at the studio. Bring water or purchase at the studio $1.50
WHEN TO ARRIVE
PLEASE BE ON TIME, THE DOORS LOCK 5 MINUTES AFTER THE CLASS BEGINS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALOT TIME TO TRAVEL, PARK AS WELL AS WALK TO CLASS.
*Late cancels ($27) will incur an automatic charge or forfeiture for each occurrence.
