At Evolve, red light is built into every infrared sauna session. Prefer to skip the heat? Book a red-light-only session: the same private room and 40 minutes, with no sauna heat. It pairs beautifully with your pole classes.

What is an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna warms your body directly with infrared light instead of heating the air around you. It feels gentler than a traditional sauna while still giving you a deep sweat.
How long is a session?
Each infrared sauna + red light session is 40 minutes.
Is the sauna private? Can I bring someone?
Yes. Each session is in a private room with your own 55" smart TV, so you can stream a show, play music or meditate. Everyone is welcome, including men, and you can bring a partner or friend to your session for $20.
Can I do red light therapy without the heat?
Yes. Red-light-only sessions are 40 minutes with no heat. Call or text us to book one.
How much is the infrared sauna?
Single sessions are $49 and memberships start at $109 a month. New guests start with Your First Reset Week: 2 sessions within 7 days for $49.
