All sales are final; classes are not eligible for transfer or exchange.

Cancellations must be made up to 6 hours prior to class; the class will go back onto your account for use at a later date.

If you do not cancel 6 hours before class, you will be considered a late cancel and you will lose your class.

No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of class by clients with 6 Pole Classes + 3 Sauna Sessions for $97 or monthly packages will incur a fee.

Classes are paid in advance through online booking systems.

Class packages cannot be shared.
