1. When do my classes starts? -Immediately after purchase. No extensions.
2. Can I pause or extend my packs? -No. All BF sales are final and expire as listed.
3. Do sauna + pole activate together? -Yes. The moment you purchase.
4. What if I already have a membership? -You can purchase a BF pack, and it will be added to your account.
5. What about unlimited upgrades? -Upgrades activate instantly. No proration or refund of prior billing.
6. Is sauna included in unlimited pole? -No — sauna is separate.
7. Is there a cancellation fee? -Yes. $50 downgrade or cancellation fee for unlimited plans.
8. Can I transfer my classes? -No. Black Friday packs are non-transferable.
