  • Don’t be late or skip your Warm Up : Before starting your pole session, you need to warm up your muscles with dynamic stretches and movements. Our warm ups include Yoga and Pilates based movement. They help prevent injuries and prepare your body for the physical demands placed on your body.  Also,  listening to your instructor is crucial. Your instructor will help you learn technique faster and help avoid injuries. 


  • Proper Attire : Don’t wear moisturizers or oil, so you don’t slide down the pole. Wear clothes that allow for grip on the pole, such as shorts and a fitted top. Don’t wear jewelry or watches that can get caught on the pole. 


  • Grip Aid : If you find it difficult to maintain a good grip on the pole, consider using grip aids, such as grip powders or grip gloves.  We sell X-Dry. These can help improve your grip and prevent slips.

To keep the poles clean, we use 90% Alcohol. It helps remove dirt, sweat, and residue from the pole, ensuring optimal grip.
